Return & Exchange Policy
Returns
If you want to return an item, please follow these instructions within 30 days of delivery:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Items (especially handbags) must be returned in good condition.
If the received item is damaged, please contact Customer Service.
Exchanges

What if my order is returned to sender?
If your package is marked “undeliverable” and returned to us, we will reship it at no extra cost.

If your item has defects or errors due to our mistake, we will replace it for free. You don’t need to return the damaged item. If a replacement isn’t available, we will offer a refund or a comparable item.
